Sales Supervisor - Flagship Store

The RIMOWA Sales Supervisor at our Flagship Store in Madison, New York, is responsible for assisting the store team in all service and operational duties to enhance store productivity and performance. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and sales generation, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Meet monthly personal sales goals through effective selling skills.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets using updated product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain a client book and follow up with clients to meet clienteling sales goals.
• Assist the Boutique Manager with store marketing initiatives and training efforts.
• Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with store management.
• Process customer repairs and adhere to store operational procedures.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented and task-focused with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly.
