Summary
Support store management in daily operations driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences at the Forum Shops location. Coach and develop the sales team, enforce company policies and procedures, and maintain store standards to ensure a guest ready environment. Act as a product and styling resource to build client relationships and drive repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal relationships
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to support styling and sales
- Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration and communication
- Implement and enforce company policies procedures and corporate initiatives
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
