Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Forum Shops location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the sales team. Role includes implementing company policies and maintaining store standards while ensuring the store is guest ready and operationally sound. The Supervisor leads the sales floor, builds client relationships, and fosters a collaborative team culture. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Build sales through styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trends
- Initiate and maintain regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Support implementation and enforcement of company policies procedures and corporate initiatives
- Coach develop and foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek and receive feedback to improve performance
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Creative and innovative mindset with entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
