Sales Supervisor - Great Mall

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting management in day-to-day store operations at the Great Mall location, driving sales, delivering elevated customer experiences, and coaching the team to meet commercial KPIs. The role enforces company policies and maintains store standards while fostering a collaborative and client focused environment. This position requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• Maintain a guest ready store ensuring clients feel welcomed and comfortable
• Provide styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trend guidance
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Coach and develop team members and foster open communication with management
• Open and close the store according to company procedures
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and store standards are upheld
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal written and communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
