Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Houston Galleria location, driving sales, coaching team members, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role assists with implementing company policies and procedures and helps ensure operational excellence including opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client loyalty
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trend guidance
- Initiate and follow up on client contact sales events and inquiries
- Coach and develop team members fostering collaboration and open communication
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to company procedures
- Open and close the store according to company policy
- Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning mindset
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
