Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Houston Premium Outlet location in Cypress, TX. Role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Supervisor assists with opening and closing the store and enforces corporate directives and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Build client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Maintain a guest ready store including organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration
  • Open and close the store according to procedures
  • Implement and enforce company policies and corporate initiatives
  • Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
