Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Houston Tanger Outlet in Texas City, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client journey stages and drive repeat business through follow up
- Initiate regular client contact and respond to sales and event inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent roles focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
