Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor drives individual sales and supports the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting store goals. In the absence of store management, this role oversees store staff and daily operations while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and company KPIs while building and developing a client base.
• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards.
• Coach and motivate team members, support hiring and onboarding, and help monitor performance.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of management, including opening and closing, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Resolve customer concerns, schedule client appointments, and communicate customer insights to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a luxury environment or similar industry.
• Prior experience in a luxury retail setting with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, and experience with Teamwork or a similar retail system.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
