Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor is a sales-driven, in-store leader responsible for achieving individual sales goals while setting the standard for customer service and store presentation. Acts as the most senior presence in the store in the absence of Store Management and supports the team in meeting sales KPIs. Provides coaching, daily operational oversight, and contributes to building and maintaining a strong client base.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team; act as senior presence when Store Management is absent.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and schedule client appointments to build clientele.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training; hold staff accountable through coaching and feedback.
  • Communicate customer insights and collaborate with colleagues to drive store performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar industry.
  • Proven sales track record with the ability to develop and maintain a client base.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office) and experience with retail systems (e.g., Teamwork).
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and operational management skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
