Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Keystone location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring store standards and company policies are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales and meet commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trend guidance
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and maintain store standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or related customer service roles
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
