Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor at our King of Prussia location, you will support management in all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching the team. You will implement and enforce company policies and ensure store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal customer relationships.
  • Ensure the store is guest-ready, providing a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Build sales by establishing yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge.
  • Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed for a unique and elevated experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs products, brand DNA, and pillars.
  • Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a curious and learning attitude by seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Open and close the store according to Marc Jacobs procedures.
  • Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related role with a focus on customer service.
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and openness to change and new opportunities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, promoting curiosity and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
  • Proficiency in operating a POS system and navigating Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
