Sales Supervisor - Las Vegas Premium Outlets

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets store. The role leads the sales floor, coaches team members, and helps maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an elevated customer experience through product knowledge, styling expertise, and client relationship building.
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Support management with opening and closing procedures, company policies, and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom standards while fostering collaboration and communication.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
