Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor at Lenox Square, you will support management in all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching the team. You will implement company policies and ensure store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure the store is guest-ready and welcoming.
  • Build sales by establishing expertise in styling and product knowledge.
  • Illustrate client journey stages to drive repeat business.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs products and brand.
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Maintain a learning attitude by seeking feedback.
  • Open and close the store according to procedures.
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or sales with a focus on customer service.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and openness to change.
  • Creativity and openness to disruptive ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and products.
  • Proficiency in operating a POS and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
