Summary
Support store management in day-to-day operations at the Livermore Outlet by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to procedures and keep sales floor and stockroom organized
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
