Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, customer experience, and team development. This role leads the sales floor and helps maintain store standards while delivering an elevated and welcoming client experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor, build client relationships, and provide styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Contact clients and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Support team collaboration, coaching, and development.
• Open and close the store and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and store standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
