Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the Store Manager in sales generation, team development, merchandising, and store operations. This role drives personal sales while coaching associates and supporting a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager across sales, people development, merchandising, and operations.
• Coach and develop sales associates on the sales floor while driving sales.
• Meet personal sales goals and train associates on point-of-sale transactions.
• Oversee customer service issues and open or close the store when the Store Manager is absent.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
