Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management in day-to-day operations at the Merrimack Premium Outlet, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the team to maintain store standards and implement corporate directives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Drive client journey behaviors to encourage repeat business
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Open and close the store per company procedures
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
