Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in day to day operations at the Miami Design District location. Role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the retail team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer experiences and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise, seasonal trend knowledge and product expertise to build sales
- Manage client contact, follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and corporate directives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales or related customer service roles
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
