Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in daily operations, driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining store standards at the Miami Design District location.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to achieve or exceed commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and communicate seasonal trends
- Manage client outreach including follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and store standards are upheld
- Implement and adhere to company policies and corporate directives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent roles focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Enthusiasm for the brand and its product offering
