Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management in day-to-day operations to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Miami Design District location. This role coaches and develops the sales team, enforces company policies and procedures, and ensures store standards and merchandising are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and guidance to build sales
- Manage client outreach follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales build and develop client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
