Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to drive productivity and performance. This role assists the Boutique Manager with merchandising, marketing execution, training, and clienteling to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
- Maintain client book and follow up to meet monthly clienteling goals
- Assist Boutique Manager with store marketing initiative execution
- Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
- Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with store management
- Process customer repairs when requested
- Adhere to store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization
- Use company computer programs proficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and task focused
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team player attitude
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly
- Experience in retail sales or supervisory role preferred
