Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the North Park location, driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client outreach and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
