Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to drive productivity and performance, assist with training and KPI management, and help execute store marketing and clienteling initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
- Maintain client book and follow up to meet clienteling sales goals
- Assist Boutique Manager with store marketing initiatives
- Lead and assist sales staff in partnership with store management
- Support training efforts and manage sales team KPIs
- Provide superior customer service and process customer repairs
- Adhere to store operational procedures including opening and closing
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
- Use company computer programs proficiently
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and task focused
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and positive team player attitude
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
- Experience in retail supervisory or management role preferred
