Sales Supervisor - Northpark Center

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to drive productivity and performance. This role assists the Boutique Manager with sales generation, clienteling, training, and daily store operations while delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
• Maintain and regularly follow up with a client book to meet clienteling sales goals
• Assist Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives
• Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
• Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with store management
• Process customer repairs when requested
• Adhere to store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
• Use company computer programs proficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and task focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team player attitude
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
