Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store management at the Oakbrook location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client outreach and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedures
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for the brand and product offering
