Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor at Oakley, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in guiding and developing the store team to meet revenue, profit, and customer service goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
  • Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
  • Assist the Store Manager with training and managing employees to maximize sales.
  • Assign employees to specific duties and manage work schedules.
  • Oversee merchandise preparation, displays, and presentations.
  • Coordinate merchandise replenishment and flow from stock room to sales floor.
  • Maintain store's visual objectives and housekeeping standards.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in day-to-day store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment.
  • 1+ year of retail management experience.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and train staff and build relationships.
  • Physical ability to be on your feet most of the day and maneuver merchandise up to 40 lbs.
  • Preferred: ABO Certification, knowledge of Oakley products, outgoing and sports-minded, bilingual.
