Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Opry Mills location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching team members, and ensuring store standards and company policies are maintained. This role leads the sales floor and assists with daily operations including opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to achieve commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience
  • Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
  • Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
  • Manage client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to procedures
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
