Summary
Supervise the sales floor to ensure a consistent memorable customer shopping experience using high standards of service while building client relationships and supporting store leadership. Partner with managers to develop leadership skills and positively influence the store team while maintaining brand aesthetic and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise sales floor and uphold customer service and training standards.
- Coach mentor and manage sales team to expand clientele and maximize sales.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures and handle returns and exchanges in absence of manager.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and execute daily stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
- Utilize product knowledge and selling tools to meet and exceed personal sales and SPH goals.
- Support management with task tracking communication and follow up.
- Promote new business initiatives and drive positive reception from sales team.
- Complete administrative tasks such as checking retail web updates and using company systems.
Requirements
- Relevant retail leadership experience preferred.
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical business and financial acumen and enthusiasm for brand presentation.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint Workday and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours operate register and perform store duties.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs climb a ladder and maneuver around sales floor stock dressing room and office.
- Demonstrated ability to coach motivate and develop staff toward goal achievement.
