Sales Supervisor - Prince Street

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and team development at the Prince Street location. The role leads the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor, build client relationships, and provide styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Initiate client follow-up and support sales, events, and client inquiries.
• Coach and collaborate with team members, and support implementation of company policies and initiatives.
• Open and close the store and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience preferred, with experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
