Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor and support a memorable customer shopping experience through service excellence, client relationship building, and strong product knowledge. Partner with store managers to develop leadership skills and positively influence the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service, training, and visual presentation standards.
• Build clientele relationships, provide value-added service, and meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Mentor and coach sales associates to expand clientele and maximize sales.
• Support daily store tasks, merchandise maintenance, product transfers, and floor changes.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, returns, and exchanges when a manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and staff development skills.
• Business and financial acumen, analytical skills, and enthusiasm for the product.
• Relevant work experience preferred; strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
