Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team to achieve individual and store sales goals by delivering a memorable shopping experience. This role includes keyholder duties such as opening and closing the store and assisting with returns and daily operational tasks while upholding brand presentation and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the store and registers
  • Complete returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager
  • Support management with daily task maintenance and follow up
  • Uphold customer service and training standards and identify training needs
  • Partner with managers to check task tracking systems and communicate updates
  • Drive sales to achieve or exceed agreed upon objectives and execute action plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience
  • Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards including stock maintenance and floor changeovers
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members
  • Knowledge of product and visual presentation standards
  • Reliable ability to perform keyholder opening and closing responsibilities
