Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor to deliver a memorable customer shopping experience and uphold high standards of service and presentation. Partner with store management to develop leadership skills, coach the sales team, and support business initiatives to grow client relationships and sales. Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, returns, and task management.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and manage sales associates to expand clientele and achieve sales goals.
• Support and promote training tools and new business initiatives to the sales team.
• Maintain visual presentation and daily stock maintenance including floor changeovers and product transfers.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, complete returns and exchanges in absence of a manager.
• Use selling tools and product knowledge to meet personal sales and SPH targets.
• Communicate tasks and follow up with management and associates; participate in task tracker updates.

Requirements

• Relevant retail sales experience preferred with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to guide and motivate others.
• Business and analytical acumen; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate a register, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb a ladder as trained.
