Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management with day to day operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching and developing the sales team. Role enforces company policies and procedures, implements corporate initiatives, and ensures store standards and presentation are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client outreach and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
