Sales Supervisor - Rosemont

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Role includes leading the sales floor, supporting operational tasks such as opening and closing, and promoting product and brand knowledge to foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer first mindset
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
• Provide styling expertise, seasonal trends and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client journey stages and drive repeat business through follow up
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Open and close the store according to company procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
