Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and exceptional customer experiences at the Seattle Premium Outlet. This role leads the sales floor, develops client relationships, and coaches team members while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
  • Lead the sales floor and deliver elevated, customer-first experiences.
  • Build client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise, and timely follow-up.
  • Support store operations, open and close the store, and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas.
  • Partner with management to implement company policies, directives, and initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
  • Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
