Summary

The Sales Supervisor at the Somerset location supports store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching the sales team. This role helps implement company policies and store standards while assisting with day to day store operations including opening and closing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client journey stages to drive repeat business
• Conduct regular client contact and follow up on inquiries and sales
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including operating a POS and using Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
