Job Description

Summary

Support store management at the Southdale location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Assist with day-to-day operations including opening and closing the store and ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are guest ready.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
  • Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build the sale
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration with colleagues and management
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure the store is guest ready
  • Open and close the store according to company procedures
  • Organize the sales floor and stockroom and adhere to company policies

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
