Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at St. Johns Town Center by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build customer relationships
- Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and promote seasonal trends
- Manage client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure and keep sales floor and stockroom organized
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
