Sales Supervisor

Summary

Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales goals and improve individual performance. Present and educate customers on product fit, construction, and style while practicing professional salesmanship and maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Support management in leading and developing the store team
• Collaborate with training teams to build a high standard sales team
• Educate customers on Ready to Wear and Custom Made products
• Drive personal and store sales metrics through professional salesmanship
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Work with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively
• Align with Human Resources on policies procedures and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in management sales hospitality or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel to other stores and abroad as needed
