Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Tysons Galleria location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to achieve or exceed commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trend guidance
- Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Support implementation and enforcement of company policies, directives, and initiatives
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or related role with focus on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
