Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Tysons Galleria location, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences while coaching and developing the sales team. This role helps implement company policies and ensures store standards are maintained, including opening and closing duties and maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and training
- Demonstrate product knowledge and styling expertise to build sales
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Maintain store readiness so clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and operational
- Implement and enforce company policies and corporate directives
- Open and close the store according to procedure
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or a related customer service role
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
