Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Tysons Galleria location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and ensuring store standards and company procedures are maintained. This role leads the sales floor, supports opening and closing the store, and promotes brand knowledge and client relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and guidance to drive sales
- Manage client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek and receive feedback to support team development
- Open and close the store according to company procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
