Summary
Part time Sales Supervisor supporting store management at a premium outlets location. Drives sales and delivers exceptional customer experiences while coaching and developing the sales team. Helps implement company policies and maintain store standards including opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
- Illustrate client journey stages and drive repeat business through core behaviors
- Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized and adhere to policies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
