Responsibilities- Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.
- Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
- Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
- Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
- Participate in sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale.
- Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
Requirements- 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management in a luxury product setting.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for long periods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
