Sales Supervisor - Westchester

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Westchester Mall location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. The role includes opening and closing the store and enforcing corporate directives and initiatives. The supervisor acts as a product and styling expert to build client relationships and achieve commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience
• Build sales through styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trends
• Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on sales and inquiries
• Coach develop and foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues
• Maintain store readiness including sales floor and stockroom organization
• Open and close the store according to company procedure
• Implement and enforce company policies procedures and corporate initiatives
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
