Sales Supervisor - Woodburn

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management with day to day operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching and developing the sales team. The role enforces company policies and procedures, implements corporate initiatives, and ensures store standards are maintained. Works flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client outreach and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
