Sales Supervisor - Woodbury Commons

Join our team at Paul Smith as a Sales Supervisor at our Woodbury Commons Shop in Cherry Valley, NY. In this full-time role, you will support the Management team by driving sales and performance in Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, and Accessories. You will play a key role in maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring the shop operates smoothly in the absence of senior management.

• Maintain and increase sales throughout the year to achieve financial targets.
• Effectively sell Paul Smith products and meet monthly and seasonal sales goals.
• Promote private shopping and wardrobe consultation services.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist the Shop Manager in stock management and merchandising to company standards.
• Support the Management Team, Sales Associates, and Clients with tailoring and alterations.
• Open and securely lock the shop in the absence of senior management.
• Monitor stock or till discrepancies and take necessary actions.
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately.
• Provide seasonal product training to staff.
• Maintain housekeeping standards daily.
• Assist with stock, merchandise, and housekeeping duties as requested by management.
• Contribute to a positive, fun, and team-oriented store atmosphere.

• 3+ years of retail selling experience in luxury fashion.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work towards weekly sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
