Sales Support Advisor

As a Sales Support Advisor at Holt Renfrew Calgary, you will collaborate with Moncler's sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to enhance the client experience. You will embody Moncler values and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all clients.

• Achieve individual and team objectives and provide the best client experience.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Perform operational tasks including BOH organization and product assortment go-backs.
• Participate in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric with a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
