Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Support Assistant in the Beauty department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining merchandise organization and performing administrative tasks to support store operations. Your efforts will enhance both the associate and client experience, working closely with 1-2 departments under the guidance of a Group Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Check in and receive new merchandise, including ticketing and backstock organization, according to division requirements.
  • Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors.
  • Assist with special events, Made to Measure, and truck shows by processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders.
  • Handle damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and RTVs.
  • Complete markdowns, signs, and move products once marked.
  • Demonstrate operational skills by managing daily reports, SPIFF entries, and checking receipts, ensuring department and stockroom controls.
Requirements
  • Ability to shift focus quickly depending on business objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Flexible work schedule availability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
