Summary

The Sales Support Associate assists the Executive Sales Professional by managing client correspondence, appointments, order follow up and in store support to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience. The role supports product pulls, fittings, floor presentation, and personalized client outreach while maintaining accurate client records and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support client correspondence and appointment booking for the Executive Sales Professional
• Manage order placement, follow up, shipping, returns and alteration requests
• Facilitate product pulls and consignments from other stores for appointments
• Prepare fitting rooms and maintain floor presentation standards
• Conduct personalized outreach to re engage lapsed clients
• Ensure client information is captured accurately in the concierge app
• Participate in product and service training to support sales productivity
• Handle sensitive client information with discretion following company policies

Requirements

• Past retail selling experience preferred
• Interest in luxury products and best in class service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, takes initiative and able to build strong working relationships
• Computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint
• Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to operate the register and stand or walk for multiple hours
